I spearheaded the research, development, implementation, and training of a new ticketing webserver (running on Ubuntu/Apache/MySQL/PHP) for library staff to submit tickets to the I.T. and maintenance departments.

Experience really is the best teacher. Middle Georgia Regional Library has provided me with an excellent opportunity to manage a few hundred PCs and about a dozen networks.
There's a lot going on in my day-to-day, so it's necessary to have a place for me to jot down all the tasks I complete.
